About this course

This course prepares delegates for the BCS, Chartered Institute for IT certificate exam in Modelling Business Process. The course includes 16 hours of expert tutor led classroom work including exam preparation, followed by a 1-hour classroom-based written exam. All materials and refreshments, including lunch, will be provided. Pre-course reading and home study work will be sent to delegates prior to the course.

Course Target: Senior and Junior Business Analysts working on software and non-software projects, change consultants, business managers and their staff, process modellers, software developers, project managers and anyone else tasked with delivering project requirements, including either traditional Waterfall or more dynamic Agile working environments. Topics covered include BPMN, process attributes and metrics.

TL;DR: This course will teach you a working FRAMEWORK for business process modelling and arm you with modelling Notation so you can visualise, analyse and improve complex business processes.  Business process modelling professionals are highly sought after in the marketplace.
