How do I book a course?

We offer both private courses (Worldwide, 5 – 18 delegates) and public scheduled courses (in Singapore). We are happy to discuss either by email or phone. Contact us by email for a quotation or to answer any queries you have. If you are happy to proceed you will be sent a booking form to reserve your place. Once you sign and returned the form with the course deposit you will receive confirmation of your place on the course.

Can our organisation book a private course?

Yes, we facilitate many private courses. You will need a minimum of 4 delegates. We can book a space or come to a venue you organise. We are based in Singapore but travel to clients in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and elsewhere. Contact us for further information.

What is the procedure to reschedule or cancel a course?

Please contact us as soon as possible to review your options. You can cancel your place on a course for a full refund up to 14 days before the course. Cancellations within 14 days will result in a 50% refund. You can reschedule your place on a course up to 7 days before a course start date.

ICAgile (International Consortium for Agile) is a leading global agile accreditation and certification body that helps organizations design learning experiences that enable business agility. ICAgile offers a diverse range of practical and impactful certification programs that go beyond the standard “one-size-fits-all” training approach. With 27 certification programs available in over 15 languages, ICAgile offers a certification for everyone. ICAgile retrains panels of subject matter experts to shape to learning objectives of each certification, it also examines and accredits each course built by accredited training companies and accredits each facilitator. After you attend an ICAgile accredited course you will be asked by ICAgile to give your feedback directly to ICAgile, thus ensuring quality standards for courses.

What venues do you use?

We use a number of venues depending on the size of the group. You will given plenty of notice of the venue location before your course. Locations are either in the CBD or close by. Locations are all spacious, modern and suited to our training courses.

What are the size of your classes?

Our classes are relatively small. Max 18 but usually 5 to 8.
