      The BCS Certificate in Business Analysis Practice (BAP) course provides delegates with an overview of the principles and techniques of business analysis from a strategic perspective. The course introduces delegates to the contribution that structured business analysis makes to organisational health and change projects. This course covers some of the fundamental aspects of business analysis. The focus is on using a holistic approach to the investigation and improvement of business situations with a view to developing effective, feasible business solutions.
