We offer both private courses (Worldwide, 5 – 18 delegates) and public scheduled courses (in Singapore). We are happy to discuss either by email or phone. Contact us by email for a quotation or to answer any queries you have. If you are happy to proceed you will be sent a booking form to reserve your place. Once you sign and returned the form with the course deposit you will receive confirmation of your place on the course.

Yes, we facilitate many private courses. You will need a minimum of 4 delegates. We can book a space or come to a venue you organise. We are based in Singapore but travel to clients in Malaysia, Vietnam, Indonesia, Philippines and elsewhere. Contact us for further information. 

Please contact us as soon as possible to review your options. You can cancel your place on a course for a full refund up to 14 days before the course. Cancellations within 14 days will result in a 50% refund. You can reschedule your place on a course up to 7 days before a course start date.

The BCS, the Chartered Institute for IT, promotes continuing professional development through a series of respected, globally recognised IT and related business qualifications. The Institute seeks to promote professional practice tuned to the demands of business. It provides practical support and information services to its members and volunteer communities around the world. The BCS is the certification body that oversees and awards our Business Analysis qualifications. The BCS provides the syllabus and examination framework we adhere to.  BCS qualifications are respected by employers globally as a quality assurance standard for their project team members.

We use a number of venues depending on the size of the group. You will given plenty of notice of the venue location before your course. Locations are either in the CBD or close by. Locations are all spacious, modern and suited to our training courses.

Our classes are relatively small. Max 18 but usually 5 to 8.
